Neighborhood Association

The East Lake Neighbors Community Association was founded by a group of concerned residents who wanted to better their community, increase communication between neighbors, and speak about issues that were affecting their lives.

The ELNCA participates at the NPU-O (Neighorhood Planning Unit), publishes the East Lake Sun (a monthly community newsletter) and conducts events in the neighborhood.
